In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, www.ph365 is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being flagged for review.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
www.ph365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on www.ph365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. www.ph365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
Nothing in this section shall prevent www.ph365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
